# Sovereign Executive Interface (SEI)

> Local-first intent router that translates CEO-level intent into validated, multi-role agentic execution. Every output is audited before it reaches the user.

SEI is high-reliability routing infrastructure, not a chatbot. The pipeline is: Intent → Execution Graph → Role Dispatch → Guardian (reject ⟲ iterate) → Verified Outcome. Every model call is appended to a SHA-256 hash-chained ledger; every run finalizes into a sealed, independently verifiable brief.
