Scope of work
Provable Outcomes produces briefs, decks, and plans grounded in documents you provide. It is decision support — not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.
Data we ask for
Read-only exports or a scoped view of the documents behind your question. We do not ask for system passwords, admin credentials, or write access. You control what is in scope, and engagements can be run inside your own environment when required.
Human approval
A human on your side approves before anything is acted on. We deliver artifacts; your team executes.
What we do not claim
We do not claim hallucination-free output, guaranteed recovery, SOC 2, HIPAA, or other certifications. Any certification we hold in the future will be listed here with the issuer and date.
Verification
Findings are grounded in your files and independently checked before delivery. Claims that cannot be verified against a source are dropped from the brief.
